Terms of Service

Miora provides AI-assisted English speaking practice, feedback, review tools, and related learning features. It is an educational aid, not a certified instructor, examination authority, or professional advisory service.

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your sign-in methods secure, and activity under your account. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, evade usage or payment controls, upload unlawful or rights-infringing material, abuse other people, distribute malware, scrape the service at scale, or use Miora to create illegal or harmful content.

AI-generated replies, corrections, scores, transcripts, and recommendations can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Miora does not guarantee exam results, fluency gains, or the accuracy of AI output.

Miora and its software, design, branding, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in material you submit and grant Miora permission to process it only as needed to provide and operate the service.

When Miora Pro is offered through Apple, it is a monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, at the App Store price shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or manage it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your Miora account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Published daily fair-use limits apply to both free and Pro access; a subscription does not provide unlimited use.

Miora Pro access is effective when Apple or Stripe reports a valid entitlement. Provider records remain separate and are not migrated. An Apple restore is bound by the appAccountToken and original transaction to the original Miora account used for purchase. It cannot be transferred to another Miora account or to an account created after deletion. If an account mismatch appears, sign in to the original Miora account or contact Support.

You may stop using Miora or delete your account at any time, subject to the separate Apple subscription cancellation described above. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or its users.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Miora does not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
